We’re a Honolulu-based property management company offering over 150 apartment units for rent on Oahu. We are an established property management team, serving the area for over 40 years.

RENTZ, LLC is a family-owned company that treats our tenants like family. Many of our tenants have been with us for years. We provide personal and attentive services to our residents along with technology to make life just a bit easier. Tenants can communicate routine property concerns to us via our online portal. The portal can also be used to securely submit rent payments. Current residents are encouraged to activate their portal and learn more in our Tenants section.

Because we own the properties we manage, you can be assured each is well-maintained. We respond to maintenance requests promptly and are always available for property-related emergencies.
